The detailed list below is compiled from multiple sources documenting symptoms of EMR exposure, including several first-hand accounts from sensitive people. Symptoms are categorized by the bodily system(s) they affect, but are not listed in any particular order.
Cognitive, head, ear and brain-related issues
Tinnitus (ringing, buzzing, or other brain-produced sounds occurring in one or both ears)
Otalgia (ear pains)
Hyperacusis (reduced tolerance to sound)
Migraine headache / ice-pick headache (sudden, sharp pains) / localized and recurring pain in one spot on head
Sudden onset of a feeling of exhaustion
Fatigue ("wired but tired"), waking up still tired
Insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and getting back to sleep once awakened)
Nausea, excessive salivation, vomiting
Dizziness, vertigo
Hair loss
Anxiety
Depression
Irritability, Aggression
Brain fog
Confusion, difficulty comprehending directions or suddenly forgetting one’s way around a familiar area
Inability to concentrate
Sudden loss of train of thought while speaking
Inability to speak a full sentence without halting at an unusual point that wouldn’t have a comma if written
Stuttering
Short-term memory loss
Putting objects away in the wrong places, picking up the wrong object thinking it is something else
Respiratory/Cardiac/Blood
Asthma (Most people think that asthma is only caused by exercise or inhaling some kind of particulate matter, but EMR also causes the bronchial tubes to contract in an asthmatic response; a crackle sound may be heard at the end of each inhalation)
Chest pain/tightness
Heart arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat)
Tachycardia (a heart rate over 100, while resting)
Heart palpitations (fast-beating, fluttering or pounding heart)
Heart attacks
High blood pressure
Rouleaux formation of red blood cells
This stacking of the doughnut-shaped red blood cells impedes their movement through the circulatory system, which in turn causes a lack of oxygen to tissues such as the brain, which can contribute to chronic fatigue syndrome and other health symptoms.
Note: One can check their own live blood with a simple microscope to see if the cells are stacked. If one's blood appeared normal at first, one may observe changes just minutes after exposure to a wireless signal, such as wi-fi. In some people, the blood returns to normal once the stimulus is gone, but others experience this condition chronically, according to researcher, Magda Havas, Ph.D.
Sensations
The sensations in this list are generally experienced only while the stimulus (wireless signal) is present, and then quickly dissipate within ½ hour to an hour once the stimulus is gone. Those with an * will sometimes take hours to a day after the stimulus is no longer present.
Prickling sensations on the scalp, sometimes experienced in the same area or side of the head every time it happens
Itching of palms, fingers, chest, back or head
Extreme itching or burning sensation in very particular spots, often affecting just one side of the body (i.e. shoulder blade, gluteus maximus)
Dysesthesia (such as a prickly pins-and-needles feeling running down the sciatic nerve)
Feeling that one’s feet are wet when it’s cold outside, or hands touching dry material that feels wet even though it's dry
Feeling that one’s mouth is suddenly burning, as if having eaten a spicy pepper
Fluttering in the ear, feeling as if a moth is inside, sometimes resulting in a thunder-like sound*
Movement- or pressure-related knee pain*
Pressure-related pain in tips of fingers of toes (i.e. fingertip hurts when just lightly poking an object, or toe hurts the moment it makes contact with the ground in a standing position)*
Pain in specific fingertips; extreme cold sensitivity in one or more fingers; or a feeling like debris is stuck under a nail, or that the nail is peeling up from the side even though it is not*
Feeling like one is coming down with a flu-like virus (muscle aches and weakness, tiredness, possibly even a slight fever measured)*
Disruption of Coordinated Muscle Actions and Reflexes
Altered body awareness, such as bumping shoulders into door frames, thinking there is one more step up when there is not, reaching to grab something on the bottom shelf of a cabinet and punching the bottom of the cabinet instead
Swallowing muscles not coordinated, causes choking, especially when taking a pill or eating soup that has both solid pieces and liquid
Walking pattern is disrupted and hips make popping or clicking sound with each step
Knee jerk reflex suddenly engages while standing or leaning over, which can cause loss of balance and falls
Intermittent shuffle of a foot while walking that can cause tripping
Muscle twitches of the fingers, often resulting in unintended clicking of the computer mouse
Esophagus peristalsis malfunctioning causing food to get stuck in esophagus, leads to acid reflux.
Musculoskeletal/Joints
Overall weakness or pain in joints and muscles
Muscle spasms and cramps, particularly in the legs and feet
Stiff neck or neck muscle spasms
Unconscious clenching of muscles (one may suddenly realize one's hands have been clenched into fists, or that one's elbow has been forcefully pushing into the mattress while trying to get to sleep)
Wrist pain similar to carpal tunnel, extending up to the elbow, that can be so intense it is difficult to hold silverware, use a computer mouse, stir a pots, carry a bag, wring a rag, etc. Often, the pain becomes noticeable during or after typing on the keyboard of a laptop or PC, so one perceives the pain to be from having their wrists in the typing position, when it is actually a reaction to the wireless radiation coming from the laptop/PC's wi-fi, the router (if it is positioned near the wireless keyboard and mouse).
Jaw/facial pain, especially with cell phone near head
Pain pathway for an old injury suddenly activated, and pain is experienced as if the injury just recently happened
Eye twitch that can vary in intensity from a mild tingling sensation to something so intense and prolonged it can actually cause bruising near the temple
Note: One may notice their eye twitching in the presence of a cell phone or cell tower/mast; when looking out a home window facing a strong wireless signal (possibly a neighbor's smart meter); or while stopped in one’s car at a traffic intersection where many different types of transmitters are mounted, and where the radar and cell signals from other vehicles are being emitted in close proximity.
Proctalgia fugax (painful anal spasms), often connected with painful feeling of tightness on the fronts of one’s thighs that make it painful to walk
Thumb tip joint locking up, which can be corrected and popped back into place by pressing the thumb downward onto a flat surface or into the side of the index finger
One or both hip joints making an audible clicking or popping sound with each step while walking, causing discomfort and eventually, pain
Intermittent leg length difference caused by contracted muscles on one side (a chiropractor may notice this happening, but likely will not attribute it to EMR exposure)
Intense bunion pain that can completely disappear with removal of wireless signals from the person’s environment
Digestive/Excretory
Sudden onset of perspiration that can be localized, such as the face or underarms; or result in the whole body breaking out in perspiration
Disappearance of hunger pains resulting in loss of appetite and desire to eat
Frequent urination
Sudden urgency to urinate (commonly caused by radar after a plane passes overhead, or a commercial vehicle with GPS tracker)
Constipation and inability of the sphincter muscles to appropriately contract and release during defecation (which can lead to anal fissures and hemorrhoids)
Skin
Itchy red blotches, often on the face, chest and back, that may also have a burning feeling associated
Rashes/Dermatitis/Psoriasis
Urticaria (Hives)
Severe itching without redness, hives or rash; generally in a very particular area (about 1 square inch) and often one-sided, like a shoulder blade, or one spot on the gluteus maximus muscle. Also can cause severe overall chest itching to occur while performing the yoga T-pose (crucifixion position) while on the bed and stretching the chest muscles.
Sudden redness of cheeks or ears with accompanying burning sensation
Eyes/Vision
Blurred vision
Light sensitivity
Weeping eyes, similar to an allergic response to pollen, etc.
Dry eyes
Irritated eyes; feeling of grittiness in the eyes, as if a grain of sand is in the eye
Nystagmus (involuntary eye movements in which the eyes make repetitive, uncontrolled movements). This can commonly occur just after waking up if sleeping in an area with moderate to high levels of EMR. The eyes seem to “jiggle”.
“Vibrating” center of vision, trouble seeing what’s right in front due to everything looking like it’s moving, similar to an old TV screen with static.
Strobing lights noticed when eyes are closed or after entering dark room
Scintillating scotoma, followed by migraine headache (bright, jagged, shimmering, colorful moving zigzags that start at a particular visual point in space and move outward toward the periphery of one side of vision)
Depression of Immune System Preventing Normal Healing
Surgeries not healing as expected (i.e. hip replacement not healing on side where cell phone is carried)
Skin not healing properly (one person reports a grease burn that caused rough, dry, cracked skin on a finger that hurt during flexion for 16 years; and after removing all wireless devices from their home, including their cell phone, the finger healed with normal skin and stayed that way)
In a person previously infected with the plantar wart virus, exposure to wireless signals can initiate new warts to develop that do not respond well to traditional treatments of freezing and burning. If only one foot is affected, pay attention to what devices are often near that foot (i.e. the CPU tower for a computer that is emitting wireless signals, a wireless router, etc.), as it may be the cause of continued infection.
